CARDIO GYM

Everything you need and more. Our Cardio Gym includes start of the art equipment and the space you need to focus on aerobic activities – elevating your heart rate, strengthening your cardiovascular system and improving your lung capacity. Whether your goal is fat loss, boosting your metabolism, reducing stress, building muscle mass or just to clear your head we have everything to suit your personal goals.  

Our equipment includes Treadmills, Interactive Spin Bikes, Incline Bikes, Watt Bikes, Cross Trainers, Rowers, Ski Machines and a Stair Master.

WEIGHTS GYM

If building strength, muscle mass and improving your body composition is your fitness goal – our gym is here to serve your needs. Our Weights Gym is a specialised space equipped with Free Weights, Machine Weights and Resistance Machines. 

Our equipment includes Seated Chest Press, Seated Lat Pulldown, Seated Shoulder Press, Leg Press Machine, Hip Thrust, Hack Squat, Leg Extension and Leg Curl Machine to name a few.

HYROX GYM

We’re proud to be a home to HYROX – the full-body fitness workout and challenge that combines ultimate strength, cardio and endurance. Our official purpose-built HYROX gym is designed to challenge speed, power, stamina and has all the authentic race-day equipment you’ll use when competing.  

Our HYROX equipment includes turf for Sled Push and Pull practice, Ski Ergs, Concept Rowers, Burpee Broad Jump Mats, Kettlebells for Farmer’s Carry, Sandbags for Sandbag Lunges and Wall Balls. We also have a full Rig to accommodate additional training such as Bench Presses, Landmines, Chin Ups, Pull Ups, Rings, Climbing Ropes and Wall Mats. 

Hyrox

Gym Equipment

TechnoGym Treadmills can be used for all types of training – from light weight to intense sprinting. Each session can burn up to 735 calories an hour, delivering results you can see and feel. Our Incline Trainer lets you run or walk at a 15% incline, elevating your heart rate and engaging your muscles – helping you burn even more calories while putting less stress on your joints.  

Our Stationary Upright Bikes mimic the motions of a normal bicycle and provides a great way to train your glutes, tone your thighs and strengthen your leg muscles. Because the bikes are upright you engage more muscles as you ride – for a great high-intensity calorie burn in shorter sessions. This provides low-impact training and excellent cardiovascular exercise while being gentle on the joints and placing no strain on your hips, knees or ankles.  

Enjoy a Spin Bike with a view – ideal if you want greater engagement during your ride. Just select your bike ride and follow the route on the display screen. You can burn up to 600 calories  per hour while improving your cardiovascular health and strengthening your lower-body muscles. You can track your power, cadence, heart rate and calories as you spin and enjoy a great gamified experience. 

Choose this low-impact exercise option for cardiovascular exercise and great fitness efficiency. These bikes deliver strengthening of the calves, hamstrings, glutes, and quadriceps while also enhancing lumbar support. 

Air Bikes offer a full body, highly accurate and data-driven workout that is controlled and joint- friendly. The harder and faster you train, the more resistance is generated – for a ride with precise power management. Our members love the proper real ride experience too. 

Our elliptical Cross Trainers creates natural motion during cardio workouts and provide a low-impact, full-body workout that can burn 200-400 in 30 minutes.   Benefits include improving your lung capacity and putting both upper and lower body muscles to work at the same time – so great for glutes, hamstrings, quads, back, chest and arms. 

Rowers are a great way to get a full body, low impact workout, while simulating the motions associated with rowing. It’s an excellent way to target your midsection and burn calories while building and toning muscles – and with our gym’s Ocean-view it can feel like you’re actually rowing out there on the waves.

An upright machine, the SkiErg was originally designed with cross country skiers in mind and mimics the movements of that sport. The machine focuses on building upper body strength, working your core and improving overall cardiovascular health – and it’s the perfect way to target your back, shoulders and arms. You can add time and distance to challenge your ski, and work through the different ski techniques: Double pole, Intervals, Long Intervals, Steady Skiing and Sprints.

The stair master is a stationary machine with a revolving staircase to stimulate the action of climbing stairs, the stair master provides a high intensity cardio workout enhancing your aerobic fitness.
