This fitness and toning class combines the best of both Tabata and Kettlebells. Tabata provides high-intensity interval training (HIIT) comprised of 4-minute, ultra-intense rounds. It’s structured as 20 seconds of maximum-effort, ‘all-out’ work followed by 10 seconds of rest, which is repeated for 8 minutes. The Kettlebells portion of the class then delivers a high-intensity, full-body workout designed to build strength, functional movement, and cardiovascular endurance at the same time. Using Kettlebells for swings, squats and presses, you’ll burn calories, improve posture and boost metabolism.
