Sauna & Health Suite
Take care of your physical and mental wellbeing. Relax in our jacuzzi after a workout, soothe and repair your body in our steam room and ease away aches and pains in our sauna.
Pool
Our swimming pools offer the perfect place to relax, get fit, have fun with family and friends or learn to swim. Our 25m swimming pool and learner pool are supervised by our lifeguards at all times.
Gym
Go from Cardio to Weights in our stunning 2-floor, fully equipped state-of-the- art TechnoGym overlooking the Wild Atlantic Ocean.
FITNESS CLASSES
We offer over 30 classes a week, including HYROX, Spin, HIIT and more with our class color coded by intensity there is sure to be a class for you.
