We are situated on the promenade in Lahinch with breath taking views of the coast-line.
What we do
Our fully qualified and professional fitness team will give you a personalised and tailor-made program that focuses on your own unique goals. Members will also get the most up to date fitness and nutritional advice to aid you on your journey. So, whether you want to improve your cardio fitness, tone up, improve mobility or work on your strength, we have a class for you.
